**What You Will Do**
- Handles all aspects of tracking and managing indirect office costs. This includes ordering and inventorying office supplies, marketing material, etc.
- Responsible for purchasing of small items and verifying payments to vendors and
- Responsible for planning company group functions and outings.
- Implements and administers the local Affirmative Action policy.
- Assist project teams with preparing Subcontracts and Purchase orders including issuance and tracking.
- Responsible for assisting project teams with project closeout.
- Ensures that all required employment notices are posted on the bulletin board at the job-site and Commercial Group Offices.
- Work with project teams to prepare project proposals and pre-qualifications as well as bid packages.
- Support division needs during bidding process with deliverables such as creating bid invitations, preparing document control log, and bid communication follow-up.
- Assist project teams with controlled project start-up.
- Responsible for assisting project teams with vendor insurance compliance.
- Performs additional duties per supervisor’s direction.
- **Working Conditions**- Full time; some light lifting may be required (50lbs), walking, standing, sitting, keyboarding, writing and reading. Work performed in a controlled indoor environment. Occasional travel.

**Education / Experience - **Minimum high school diploma/GED and five years experience in an accounting or administrative role required OR 3 years experience in an construction office setting.
