As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth by reaching out to leads and converting them into patients for our dental treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Initiating outbound calls to potential leads who have expressed interest in our dental services.
- Engaging leads in informative and persuasive conversations to promote our various dental treatment plans.
- Providing detailed information about our services, including treatments, and procedures to help potential patients make informed decisions.
- Effectively addressing any questions or concerns raised by leads regarding our dental services.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with leads.
