As a Regional Multifamily Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing new business and maintaining relationships with our clients in the Southeastern US. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, providing flooring solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves traveling between FL, GA, NC, and SC for 5-7 business days per month.

Job Functions:

- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, owners, and builders.
- Assess customer needs and provide effective flooring solutions.
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies for customer accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely and quality installation of flooring jobs.
- Assist in collecting payments and managing account receivables.
- Travel between FL, GA, NC, and SC for 5-7 business days per month to meet with clients and prospects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or multifamily property industry.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
