We are seeking an experienced geologist/project manager with a Professional Geologist (PG) certification to lead environmental planning initiatives, set and oversee schedules/objectives/budgets, guide and support technical personnel, offer specialized technical insights, supervise/mentor junior employees, and manage intricate projects involving multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants.

**Responsibilities**
- Exercises independent professional judgment.
- Evaluates, hires, and performs oversight of subcontractors.
- Conduct scheduling and coordination of activities for environmental restoration projects.
- Compile, organize, and evaluate field and laboratory data for incorporation into technical reports; recognize and identify discrepancies in results obtained in such assignments and follow-up resolve these situations.
- Preparation/review of technical reports.
- Well organized and exhibit ability to manage time and priorities needed to meet multiple project budgets and schedules.
- Cultivate client relationships and actively seeks new opportunities for business development.
- Engages in all facets of environmental proposals, including involvement in presentation meetings, strategic planning, site audits, cost breakdown, and the preparation of proposals.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in geology, hydrogeology, geotechnical engineering or related field.
- Professional Geologist certification.
- 8-12+ years of experience in professional environmental consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of environmental proposals, fieldwork, data collection, evaluation, and technical writing skills.
- Project and client management skills.
- Strong analytical, technical writing, organization, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel locally and out of area as required for projects.
- Must pass drug test, MVR check, and federal government background check.
- Must prove eligibility to work in the U.S.
