**Summary of Position**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Interface with local management and sales teams within the organization
- Establish and maintain solid customer relationships
- Open and maintain new customer master data
- Independently price products to maximize gross profit as defined by customer, product, and availability
- Develop relationships with customers on a daily basis to gain repeat business
- Manage special inventory of contract customers.
- Call on current and new accounts
- Cold-calling
- Ability to grow territory
**Education and/or Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree desired, comparable experience will be considered
- 5+ years in Outside Sales preferred
**Skills and Abilities Required**:
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills required
- Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
Travel - up to 100%
