We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support in all aspects of their health insurance needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions that drive client satisfaction and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients' health insurance needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive seamless service across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide clients with updates on policy renewals and changes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in health insurance regulations.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and client satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and company objectives.
- Provide clients with educational resources and guidance on health insurance options.

**Qualifications**:

- Some experience in account management, preferably in the health insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance products, services, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.
