Compliance Administrator

The Metro Group, Inc., an established water treatment and boiler services company, is currently looking for a Compliance Administrator. The selected individual will work closely with our Service and Sales departments to ensure the highest level of satisfaction to our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide General Office Support:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- General physical and electronic file management
- Communicate with our Service Department and Technicians in the field
Provide Service Department Process Support:
- Assist daily with scheduling of work and confirming appointments
- Manage outgoing and incoming Mechanic Service Tickets
- Create Invoices for Compliance Work
- Create and Distribute Proposals for Compliance Work
Provide Assistance to Compliance Manager:
- Work with Customers to ensure they are DOB & DEP compliant
- Track annual filing dates
- Utilize DOB & DEP websites to confirm building equipment & status
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service experience in an industrial or service industry preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to meet physical requirement of position
- Courteous, professional demeanor
- Availability to start within a maximum of 2 weeks
