HOW A SPECIALIZED CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily- Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking- Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone
As a Specialized Customer Support Assistant II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- This position requires discretion, and the need for rapid action, while maintaining quality work as we oversee sensitive cases. The team member should have strong research, organizational, and analytic skills, with the ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities- Duties include records management, case management, tracking, and cross-collaboration- This person will become familiar with Sponsor unique issues, office dynamics, and what the Sponsor's Zero Tolerance Policy truly means against discrimination- Organize and monitor customer service requests, correspondence, and reports to ensure timely responses by self or service center/work unit- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the service center/work unit its customers' requirements and priorities- Adhere to established methods, regulations, and procedures to perform support functions- Work closely with components to acquire documents for cover administration activities- Develop and facilitate training and briefings to customers on assigned work unit's area of expertise; provide one-on-on briefings to customers as needed (CADRE & IMAP training support- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the work unit, component, Directorate, Agency, and community
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Position requires an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.- HS Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience- Core hours are 9:00 am-3:00 pm- Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint- The position is on customer site

The likely salary range for this position is $101,566 - $123,625. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
