**JOB SUMMARY**:

- We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Employee Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and engaging work environment, ensuring our employees feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. The Employee Experience Coordinator will be responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall workplace culture.**DEPARTMENT: NORC People**

The NORC People department supports NORC's mission and values by collaborating with research, operations, and administrative departments to recruit, develop, and retain top staff. Because NORC is a government contractor, the NORC People team plays a large role ensuring that all staff information and systems remain secure and that our organization is fully compliant with our policies. NORC People is responsible for talent acquisition, hiring, benefits administration, employee relations matters, and performance evaluation programs to ensure our organization is maintaining compliance while keeping employees’ best interests in mind.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Employee Engagement and Satisfaction_
- Support efforts to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment.
- Analyze feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Onboarding and Orientation_
- Work with the Business Partners and the Learning & Development team to facilitate orientation sessions to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
- Ensure all new hires have a positive and welcoming experience from day one.
- Communication and Events_
- Plan and organize company-wide events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Coordinate and distribute newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
- Recognition and Rewards_
- Implement and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.
- Develop creative initiatives to reward and motivate employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure recognition programs align with company values and goals.
- Workplace Culture and Environment_
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Data Management and Reporting_
- Maintain accurate records of employee engagement activities and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on employee experience metrics and trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Skills and Competencies_

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:
The pay range for this position is $47,000 - $70,000.

This position is classified as regular. Regular staff are eligible for NORC’s comprehensive benefits program. Benefits include, but are not limited to:
