**Overview**:
MARCO, a UK based division of the publicly traded ATS Corp, is seeking an experienced United States Sales Representative to join our team. MARCO is a globally recognized food automation and technology company. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to company expansion, making it an ideal time to become an integral part of our team. As the only US based Sales Representative for MARCO, you will have the opportunity to pave new paths and sales opportunities to grow sales in the large US fresh food market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, as well as strong communication skills and the willingness to travel frequently. The position is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the US, preferably close to a major airport in the Southeast or the Southwest, and reports to the MARCO Sales Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the United States
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies
- Attend industry trade shows
- Site visits with current and new customers across the US to demonstrate MARCO Solution
- Meet and exceed annual sales plans for bookings, revenue and margin

**Experience**:

- In depth experience in consultative selling, preferably from a technical sales/engineering/CAPEX sales background
- Experience growing a new market with low day to day oversight
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and team members
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making
