As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our marketing and product initiatives, collaborating closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to translate our vision into actionable plans. Your responsibilities will encompass not only the execution of marketing strategies but also effective project management, market research and analysis, and coordination of design projects (both digital and print).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis of products and competitors to help in the development of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage projects daily/weekly/monthly for product launches and promotional activities in accordance with the marketing strategy.
- Manage the execution of media campaigns, promotions, and special projects. Oversee the creation of print collateral, graphic design assets, and web content, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Supervise and maintain multiple social media channels, including paid advertising campaigns.
- Oversee the production, editing and publishing of engaging product videos for online platforms.
- Establish and communicate brand guidelines.
- Coordinate online marketing campaigns and channel-specific directives to maximize brand exposure.
- Collaborate in the launch of new products, brands, and promotions, adhering to the overall marketing strategy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years' experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in GANTT charts and the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion.
- Expertise in graphic design, including proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Expertise in giving constructive creative feedback that is actionable and speaks to the target audience.
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms and best practice.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and technologies.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

**Desired Skills (a Plus)**:

- Knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, and ROI optimization strategies.
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package comprising health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K benefits.
