As the Manager of Front End Product Delivery at Ironhorse Funding, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and enhancements to our loan origination systems. Your problem-solving skills will shine as you assess the current platform setup, prioritize fixes and enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives. By overseeing database and platform updates and managing project timelines, you will make an immediate impact on productivity and system efficiency.

The role also requires supervisory responsibilities, such as recruiting, training, and overseeing staff, as well as providing performance evaluations and handling disciplinary actions when needed. Essential knowledge and experience in installment lending, system development, Microsoft Suite, front-end configuration, and project management are key for success in this dynamic role.
