**Overview of Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Create a comprehensive content roadmap in alignment with LASEV’s organizational goals/campaigns

Create traditional communications materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, newsletters) and online communications materials

Suggest new ways to leverage digital media to both promote LASEV and reach new clients, donors, advocates, and potential staff

Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies, and prepare and distribute press releases

Day-to-day content ideation, creation, and execution across social media accounts; analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness of social media strategies

Assist various departments with the design of creative materials, including attending events for the creation of photo and video content as needed

Create video content from start to finish as needed for social media channels and other campaigns

Work collaboratively with Director of Development on any fundraising campaigns and donor communications

Update website as needed

**Education & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, digital media/production or a similar field

1+ years digital marketing/content creation experience, with a portfolio to share

Demonstrated excellence in social media management (please include any accounts you managed in your portfolio)

Capacity to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent verbal and written communication, research, organizational, and time management skills

Flexibility and creativity

**Salary & Benefits**:
Annual salary: $55,000 starting salary DOE

Benefits: Excellent benefits package including health/dental/vision, disability and retirement benefits.

This position is full time (37.5 hours per week), exempt.
