We are seeking a highly motivated and organized, proactive Administrative Assistant with a background in marketing or commerce to support the CEO of our companies.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during sessions.
- Handle communications on behalf of the CEO including daily correspondence and calls.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports that inform decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for the CEO.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring all deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.
- Provide general administrative support including but not limited to handling confidential documents, liaising with other departments, and maintaining records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business functions and metrics within the marketing or commerce sectors.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
