Center Student Programs Specialist

Overview:
LMI is seeking a Center Student Programs Specialist. This position will support NASA’s workforce experience activities for students grades K-16 with a STEM focus. This position requires the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. **Work to be performed onsite at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide onsite support to NASA Johnson Space Center.
- Provide educational workshops in-person and virtually for students and adult learners.
- Manage communication and engagement with center-based points of contact.
- Support recruitment activities to attract a diverse cohort of participants.
- Develop and track key performance indicators and measures of success.
- Analyze and summarize disparate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Draft data collection methodologies and coordinate with appropriate organizations.
- Perform special projects as requested.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred)
- 5 years of related experience.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Ability to travel to and work on client sites as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
