Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that project delivery is aligned with Radancy's high standards through effective organization, communication, and prioritization
- Create and lead (depending on scope) project plans to ensure each project/workstream has clear action owners, due dates, and a work-back schedule
- Conduct daily stand-ups, log meeting notes, and facilitate cross-team collaboration with delivery teams as required
- Manage, track and optimize projects to keep release schedule on track
- Review priorities with customer success teams on a regular (weekly/daily) basis to ensure resources are deployed appropriately
- Track outstanding actions, owners, and due dates to ensure that we meet or exceed delivery requirements
- Define, own and implement customer success Standard Operating Procedures
- Risk identification and management
- 3+ years of project management experience in a software/technology company
- Experience with project management/planning software and tools; Smartsheet preferred
- Ability to facilitate constructive discussions among individuals and teams with different areas of expertise
- Ability to quickly and accurately assess customer needs and turn into actionable projects
- Recruitment technology experience highly valued

**Salary Range**: USD $60,000.00 - $65,000.00*
