Job Description:

This is a temporary assignment for engagement for a duration of 12 months and also hybrid Mon-Thurs in Glendale, CA.

In this role, you'll dive deep into understanding our subscriber base, synthesize key insights, and drive strategies that make a tangible impact. You'll coordinate the seamless integration of vendor platforms with our internal systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams, maintaining a strategic product roadmap, and developing technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed requirements and user stories based on the program strategy for the various deployment phases
  • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end process between vendor and internal teams of standing up and integrating the vendor platform with internal systems
  • Liaison between internal product/engineering teams and the vendor teams
  • Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables that align with the program growth strategy
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, product management, and support teams, to ensure seamless integration and address any technical or operational issues
  • Develop technical documentation for integration processes, including setup guides, API specifications, and troubleshooting procedures


Basic Qualifications

  • Deeply understand our subscriber base and synthesize key insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence across various Voice of Subscriber channels, to help inform marketing, product, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prefer a blend of Product Experience and Product Marketing.


Loyalty Program Development & Management:

  • Program Development: Develop and scale Our Client's loyalty programs for both US-based and global markets.
  • Perks Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive loyalty strategy that enhances subscriber engagement and retention.
  • Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to create briefs, build requirements, and ensure seamless integration of loyalty features.


Required Education

  • BA/BS Degree


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $68 to $73/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
