As a Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our customer’s remodeling journey by conducting in-home consultations with clients who have expressed interest through our TV ads, social media, or retail displays. Our call center pre-schedules and confirms all appointments, ensuring you meet clients who are genuinely interested in our services.
**Salary Range: $40,000 - $70,000 Base + uncapped commission**
**OTE Earnings: $150,000- $250,000**

**Responsibilities**
- In-home consultations for our customers
- Running issued leads where and when they are set. (appointments preset by our call center)
- Must have the ability to close appointments on the initial visit
- Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings
- Talking care of our customers
- **Qualifications**
- Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in an outside sales role (preferred)
- Must be able to handle a high volume of driving (mileage reimbursement is provided)
- Previous experience in the following industries is a plus
- construction sales, home remodeling sales, solar sales, roofing sales, kitchen sales, bathroom sales, or other in-home sales. (preferred)
- Technologically experienced in using an iPad
- Ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
- Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50lbs
**Schedule**
- Full-time
- 5 days a week
- Working every other weekend
Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $150,000.00/Hr. Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $250,000.00/Yr.
