**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Assist with financial processing and address any general questions during the visit.
- Ensure a smooth check-out process by preparing and reviewing documents and medical records accurately.
- Admit and discharge pets, schedule follow-ups, and maintain client/pet records in accordance with Ethos and legal requirements.
- Act as the primary coordinator between departments for a seamless interdepartmental visit.
- Keep clients informed of the pet's progress, treatment, changes in cost, and next steps.

- $19 - $24 pending experience & skillset
