We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Emergency & Critical Care team at Bulger Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the scheduling and staffing of the Emergency & Critical Care department
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Manage equipment maintenance and service needs
- Participate in the hiring process and onboarding of new staff
- CVT certification required
- VTS certification a plus
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician
