Job Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Independent decision-making ability.
- Experience with budget management and financials.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work weekends as necessary.
- Familiarity with Yardi property management system is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; lease-up experience preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the tenants’ first point of contact in dealing with various property management issues, such as repair and maintenance requests, property emergencies, lease administration and rent delinquencies.
- Monitor, log and resolve all maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
- Obtain multiple bids from appropriate vendors when applicable for repairs and rehab projects.
- Manage unit turnover process by coordinating the move-in and move-out schedules between incoming and outgoing tenants, while scheduling repair, updating and cleaning needs amongst vendors and delivering required information, documentation, and fees to association/building managers when applicable.
- Inspect property daily.
- New tenant orientation and key pick-up.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
