Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Inputting Sales Orders and Change notices
- Assisting Account Managers with RFQ Log
- Assisting Sales team with Contract bids
- Reviewing and responding to Customer Open Order reports/Expedite reports
- Updating ERP system with dock dates/promise dates
- Updating deliveries in customer portals
- Reporting internal quarterly On-time Delivery metrics
- Create weekly status reports for account managers
- Coordinate HOT deliveries with warehouse
- Coordinate Hold/Problem items with warehouse and sales team.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Proven experience in customer service or delivery assurance roles
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems

**Education**:
Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:
minimum 2-5 years, customer service and/or delivery assurance

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
