The Client Experience Coordinator ensures quality delivery of services for client satisfaction and organizational success. They do this through providing organization for client delivery, supporting consultants by creating actionable plans based on their needs, and scheduling team responsibilities & meetings for client deliverables.

The Client Experience Coordinator will work with all SHV consultants and team members to improve and maintain the processes and procedures for sales and client delivery. This person will work very closely with the CEO to facilitate his role as the company’s primary business developer and visionary. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company grows.**Responsibilities**:_
- Schedule client and internal team meetings
- Facilitate portions of weekly team meetings on rotation
- Attend internal meetings to take notes and add assigned tasks and due dates in project management software
- Assist team in developing, writing, and revising sales proposal documents
- Assign agreement numbers for new proposals
- Set up spreadsheet for new sales proposals
- Send, monitor, and update Microsoft Teams for all proposals via DocuSign
- Organize and update folders in Teams
- Create documents, summaries, tools, presentations, and briefs as requested by consultants
- Join Consultants on Zoom meetings and/or in person to take notes, write & send summaries, organize follow ups and project deliverables
- Interpret dictation or video recordings to provide notes and summaries
- Manage the administrative side of client onboarding
- Execute on any assigned client deliverables
- Manage CEO’s schedule, including blocking CEO work time and scheduling internal and external meetings
- Work with CEO to develop internal mentorship program, including sending pre-work and post-work for meetings with mentees
- Work with CEO to support sales activities
- Meet with CEO weekly to review upcoming meetings and corresponding deliverables

This is a part-time position working an average of 15-25 hours per week. Pay range starts at $25.00/hr. Exact compensation will be based on experience and skillset. Benefits include vacation and paid holidays on typical working days. This position reports to the Finance & Administration Manager.
