**Job Summary**
Synerfac is seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer to lead our water and wastewater engineering projects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and analyzing complex water and wastewater engineering projects, including wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewers, and small water distribution systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, design, and analyze various water and wastewater engineering projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client needs.
* Collaborate with engineering staff to ensure project success and represent the firm in client interactions.
* Work with the team in the office and report to job sites as necessary to ensure project delivery.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
* Registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
* Proven experience developing engineering deliverables, including engineering reports, permit applications, design drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
* Experience in coordination with regulatory agencies, PADEP, PEMA, EPA, and FEMA.
