**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Assist in scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Coordinate projects and support staff as required

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other administrative software
- Experience in electrical administrative tasks is a plus
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and correspondence
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
