**Summary of Position**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Track and input data into the databases, spreadsheets and reports
- Process invoices for events, supplies, and incentives
- Pick-up and deliver mail and supplies.
- Schedule orientations and track waiting & recruitment lists. Work on special projects that can include office decoration, event planning, organizing of supplies, documents, research resources, etc.
- Audit folders for quality assurance Support recruitment efforts, copying & filing, and tracking inventory

**Department Specific Responsibilities**
- Attendance monitoring that includes updating, distributing, and collecting attendance sheets daily to instructors and case managers;
- Prepare documents, accommodations, and supplies for all recruitment and information sessions;
- Set up, organize, and monitor CFA student folders;
- Prepare, track, and distribute Metro cards for student distribution. In addition, complete monthly metro card order;
- Responsible for distribution, tracking, and follow-up with all program materials that include, but are not limited to books, school supplies, food service supplies, etc.
- Creating, updating, and disseminating program specific documents and spreadsheets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a HS Diploma, Associate degree preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous office/admin experience of at least a year is required.

Applicant must be able to commute to Kingsborough CC, Monday through Friday with preferable schedule of 10am-2pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:
