**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the Mello brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner at various events, trade shows, and dispensaries.
- Educate consumers and budtenders about our products, including their features, benefits, and usage methods.
- Conduct product demonstrations and samplings to showcase the quality and effectiveness of our cannabis products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries, budtenders, and industry influencers to increase product visibility and sales.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on consumer insights and market observations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
- Actively engage with consumers on social media platforms to promote brand awareness and drive online engagement.
- Become well versed in the Aroma Profiles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, including event attendance, product inventory, and consumer feedback.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and compliance standards related to the promotion and sale of cannabis products.

**Duties & Job Requirements**:

- Create content (photos, videos) at least one (1) to promote the brand on a weekly basis -Attend events to promote the brand and network - often on nights & weekends.
- Work week typically Tuesday - Saturday - but could vary depending on events/holidays

○ Tuesday’s will be Mello Store pop-up days & Office Work days

○ Wednesday - Saturday will be on the road, hosting Pop
- Up events at Dispensaries.
- You will need a dependable car, you will be traveling across ALL of Massachusetts.
- Learn about the Aroma Profiles and the Mello way to help conduct educational classes.
- Assist with event set up/planning.
- Track Mileage for reimbursement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in marketing or cannabis-related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable personality with a passion for cannabis advocacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Clean criminal background check and compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
