**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Operate the hotel's phone system to handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages
- Perform night audit duties as required, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Skills**:

- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong hospitality background with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests

Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our hotel As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and assisting with various concierge services.
