Receptionist for Sports Facility

TBK Bank Sports Complex is seeking part-time Front Desk Receptionists to represent our facility. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and requires a positive and professional demeanor at all times. The Front Desk Receptionist will provide essential administrative assistance to the Sports Office and other staff members, acting as a key information resource throughout the complex.
Position Details:
2 openings available, with shifts ranging from 5 to 6 hours per day, scheduled between 7 AM and 10 PM, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all visitors and direct them appropriately within the facility.
- Check in members and guests for Open Play, ensuring all necessary documentation is on file.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and internal personnel.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Process payments for rentals and have a clear understanding of the rental procedures.
- Organize and file invoices, receipts, and register reports accurately.
- Respond to inquiries from guests, members, and employees regarding facility schedules.
- Collect, scan, and maintain participant waivers in an organized manner.
- Ensure the front office area is clean and orderly.
- Communicate important information to the relevant parties (e.g., Sports Staff, CFO).
- Understand and convey complex rules to individuals checking in.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills is necessary.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends is essential.
