Job Overview

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests during the overnight hours.


Position Details: The Night Auditor will work the third shift, specifically from 11 PM to 7 AM, for two days each week. We pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for salary increases after a four-month period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and handling guest inquiries.
  • Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints to ensure a pleasant stay.
  • Conduct end-of-night procedures, including balancing daily transactions and posting charges.
  • Complete necessary reports and spreadsheets for the upcoming day.
