Production Manager

The **Production Manager** will support the Art & Production team in managing the advertising process for BMC’s publications. This role will include developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and outside vendors. These relationships will encompass BMC’s clients, BMC’s Business Development Team, BMC’s Art & Production Team, and BMC’s contracted external vendors.
**What a day in the life of a Production Manager looks like**:
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure final accuracy for all ad materials and have a significant revenue and compliance impact
- Being the single point of contact for our contracted printer to ensure that all print orders and complex US/OUS shipping orders are maintained for seamless deliverability
- Being single point of contact for all matters print production. This includes line of site for all agency orders and art materials; client and agency facing requisitions for materials; and entering of this content into internal tracking systems
- Working with the Art Department on cyclical production processes, as well as pre-flighting of ad materials. This will require integrating into the already-established ad filing system.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Management
- Experience on Mac Operating System; Microsoft Office
- Possess strong organizational skills and abilities to prioritize
- Demonstrate exceptional written communication skills
- Adobe Creative Suite helpful
