Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Reports To: Regional Director

FLSA Status: Exempt


SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse facility including inventory management, team supervision, safety, and customer process compliance.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manages and coordinates storage and distribution activities of the company to ensure maximum utilization of facilities.

• Maintains purchasing records, manages PO system.

• Administers operational procedures, such as verification and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments, and the handling and disposition of materials.

• Assures products, parts, or supplies are shipped, distributed, or received in an efficient manner.

• Evaluates and maintains the safe and organized physical condition of warehouse and contents.

• Works with Director in ensuring coordination of warehouse activities such as records control, and ensuring PPE and tooling expiration dates remain current, which includes the scheduling and coordinating of testing and purchasing of PPE and tooling.

• Manages tooling as required.

• Manages vendors for satellite yards i.e., ice, water, office trailers, storage, fencing, portable toilets.

• Performs periodic inspections and schedules staff to maintain integrity of satellite yards and coordinates satellite yard inspections with clients.

• Respond to emergency callouts to ensure the crews are equipped as necessary.

• Takes precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss.

• Evaluates and maintains current warehouse inventory.

• Manages the disposal or salvage of damaged or used material.

• Manages warehouse personnel which includes scheduling, training, evaluating employee performance, and disciplinary action.

• May participate in planning personnel-safety and plant-protection activities.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required.

• Class B CDL required.

• Must have at least 2 years of related experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
