Carpenter Co. has an opening for a** SAP Analyst** at our corporate office in **Richmond, Virginia**. This position is responsible for using the SAP platform to create solutions to resolve complex logistics and materials management procedural problems. This position will also be responsible for providing support to SAP users on an ongoing basis.

Your additional responsibilities as SAP Analyst will include:

- Developing test plans to assure expected performance levels
- Testing system modifications/enhancements
- Documenting system modifications/enhancements
- Training and supporting end users
- Troubleshooting, debugging and resolving production issues
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics or other related field
- 2 or more years of experience working with SAP SD (sales and distribution) and MM (materials management) modules
- 3 or more years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain
- Prior project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills to include Word and Excel
