**Overall Purpose of the Role**:

Reporting to the Billing & Collections Manager, the Billing & Collections Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client billing and collection of healthcare premiums related to the TRICARE Overseas Program. They will also assist with client collections, and act as backup to the Billing & Collections Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform client billing as directed
- Process monthly TRICARE beneficiary recurring premium payments (credit cards, ACH)
- Communicate returned / declined payments to enrollment team
- Reconcile premium payments received, compile detailed reports, upload transactional data to central tracking system
- Assist with client collections
- Act as backup for Billing Manager
- Other special projects/ assignments as needed
- Ensure compliance to General Affairs Policy and Procedures (GAPP).
- Ensure compliance in accounting / reporting treatments in line with Group requirements
- Support the maintenance of Government compliant accounting system processes

**Required Qualifications**:
**Required Work Experience **(Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)- Knowledge of accounts receivable or collection experience preferred
- Knowledge of general accounting practices, journal entries, and mínimal analytical skills required
- Government contractor experience a plus
- Multinational Company experience in a fast-paced service environment

**Required Qualifications** (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)- Associate degree in accounting or three years relevant experience required
- This position does require someone who can obtain a Tier 1 background investigation for a position of trust after being offered a position and maintaining after starting with International SOS.

**Required Languages** (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)- Fluent in written and spoken English

**Travel / Rotation Requirements **(Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)- Minimal travel
