**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail. High level of proficiency with typical office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where high levels of accuracy are essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policies and procedures to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex policies and procedures and make decisions based on established criteria. - Working knowledge of student information system (e.g. Banner Student, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or a similar program). Considerable progressively responsible experience providing customer service and administrative support for an enrollment services function in a college or university setting. Working knowledge of Virginia Domicile laws. Some experience with Domicile determinations. Some experience working in a higher education environment and some familiarity with the admissions process.**Conditions of Employment**
