**What You Need:**

We are seeking a motivated professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and learning new things. As an IT Support Specialist, you will need a working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networks, and workstations. To be successful, you will need strong **communication** and **organizational** skills partnered with a high value for **customer service**.

* **Minimum of 2 to 3 years** of remote and onsite support experience.

* **Direct** experience with Windows workstations and servers.

* **Hands on** Active Directory, Office 365, hardware diagnostics, and troubleshooting connectivity.

* **Managed Services or Technology Consulting experience a plus**

**Things You Will Do:**

As an IT Support Specialist, you will maintain user uptime through identifying and resolving a variety of client tickets. You will diagnose tickets remotely and onsite.

Technical challenges you as the IT Support Specialist will resolve:

* To identify, troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

* Support and monitor hardware and software in multiple network environments.

* Support and resolve network issues involving routers, switches, and connectivity.

* Review and update tickets, documentation, and maintain client communication.
