Assists the division head and other DPW department heads with budget preparation, analysis and long-term planning. Prepares, manages, tracks and reports on capital and operational grants. Leads reporting to state, federal and other agencies on shared or devoted funds. Plans and leads efforts to track costs, identify efficiencies, and develop technologies within the Division. Supervises financial and administrative functions of the DPW, including supervising Customer Service Representative(s) and other staff.

- 1. _Bachelor’s Degree required. Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, accounting or a related field preferred;** AND,**
2. Five (5) or more years of progressively more responsible experience in administration, finance and/or accounting, including a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience; **AND**,
3. State of Michigan Vehicle Operator’s License, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to maintain one throughout employment.
