The new DOG will be an active ‘front-facing’ leader supporting the efforts of the GM/COO and working closely with the Board, Committees, and other Senior Leaders to continue to ensure TPC Treviso Bay stays relevant to its members, staff, and future. The key to success for the new DOG is to be a highly organized ‘multi-tasker’ who has natural engagement skills, is very visible and responsive to member and employee needs.

As you cross over The Bridge and enter through the gatehouse, you are met by the amazing and extensive Garden Centers and picturesque fountains of Treviso Bay. Our location in East Naples is just minutes away from Naples’ famous 5th Avenue elite shopping and entertainment district, pristine beaches and is surrounded by the natural beauty of the TPC Treviso Bay Golf Club and the Rookery Bay National Estuary Reserve.

Treviso Bay is the home to an inspiring 7,367-yard, TPC Tour-caliber unique Arthur Hills designed golf course situated on 188 acres with several holes adjacent to the 110,000-acre Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve. The course opened in 2007 and was renovated in 2020.

The amenities of our resort community also include Villa Rilassare (VR) and feature our Award-Winning Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Full-Service Spa, Locker Rooms, Resort Pool with waterfalls, bridge and beach, eight Har-Tru Tennis Courts, Tennis Shop, two Bocce Courts, Basketball Court, and the spectacular La Piscina outdoor bar and restaurant. Upon leaving VR you head toward our Grande Clubhouse along a 3-mile landscaped walking, jogging, and biking path. The Tuscan-style Grande Clubhouse is a beautiful 64,000 square foot facility, opened in 2018, and is home to our Grille Room, Grande Dining Room, Private Dining Room, Library, Social Activities Room, and Administrative Offices. - TB uses NorthStar for its accounting, POS, and reservation functions and Chelsea for its tee time functions.
- There are currently 7 members of the Board of Directors in the TPC Treviso Bay Golf Club, each serving a 2-year term
- Golf Club Committees include Communications, Finance, Golf Course Maintenance, Golf Services, Governance, and Strategic Direction.

**ROLES AND RESONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee all inside and outside Golf Operations Staff and daily operations for Golf Club.
- Oversee through the professional staff the coordination and organization of all technologies, including: Chelsea Reservation configurations for each day, consisting of tee sheet format, restrictions, events, etc., Golf Genius, GPS Visage system, USGA Handicap System, Website and App content, and more.
- Oversee through the professional staff the preparation and management of all tournament operations, including development of event and league schedules for over 100 events and functions annually.
- Oversee through the Merchandise Manager and Head Golf Professional the merchandising and buying programs of the Golf Shop.
- Create, implement, and execute annual develop plans for the Director of Instruction, Head Golf Professional, and Merchandise Manager.
- Lead and develop budget of over $6 million dollars in revenues and expenses, reporting and tracking results on a daily and monthly basis. Along with this, management of all finances and approvals of expenses for the Club.
- Produce content and communications for the Golf Club, having produced a 75+ page Membership Golf Guide, along with content for over 50 annual club communications.
- Be an active participant in Board of Director meetings.
- Be an active participant in the Golf Services, Finance, and Communications Committees, participate as needed with the Golf Course Maintenance and Governance Committees.
- Networking with professional organizations and other peers, such as the FSGA,
