Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Director/Assistant Controller at Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL. This is a dual role position that is responsible the management and facilitation of Human Resources, Payroll and assists in the day-to-day accounting operations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in HR management and financial controls in hospitality or club setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • HR or finance-related certification is a plus
  • Fluent in Speaking, Reading and Writing Spanish required.
  • Experience with H2B Visa Program strongly desirable.
