**Your Location**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Escalate issues to leadership when there are problems getting interviews scheduled
- Post all open requisitions to external careers sites and assist in sharing these openings with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility partnerships
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Provide administration support to the Search and Staffing Partner and team
- Screen applicant resumes when needed
- Participate in team projects, as needed

**What skills & experience you’ll bring to us**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or business administration support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams, Box, Zoom, or similar software
- Proficiency in using Lever applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment system a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn platform
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
GHJ was founded in 1953, making us one of the oldest independent firms in the Los Angeles area. GHJ complies with all local/state regulations in regards to displaying salary ranges. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology), for example. At GHJ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000 to $60,000.
