**Position Overview**:As a Customer Service Representative at Newman's Automotive, you will be the face of our renowned service, embodying our commitment to excellence and ensuring every customer receives a personalized and memorable experience. From greeting customers with a warm welcome to guiding them through our state-of-the-art facilities, your role will be pivotal in upholding our reputation for world-class service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Reception**:

- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor upon arrival at the shop.
- Provide assistance with parking and opening doors to ensure a seamless entry experience.
- **Concierge Service**:

- Act as a concierge, attending to customers' needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Offer assistance with scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and providing information on services offered.
- **Vehicle Check-In**:

- Facilitate the check-in process by documenting pertinent information about the customer's vehicle.
- Take photographs of the vehicle to accurately record its condition and assist in the repair process.
- **Shop Tour**:

- Offer guided tours of our cutting-edge repair facilities, highlighting our advanced equipment and skilled technicians.
- Educate customers on our repair process and reassure them of the quality of service they can expect.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in closing out sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing payments and invoices.
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate, based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:

- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation and customer information.
- Enthusiasm for automotive repair and a willingness to learn about our services and offerings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
