Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a sanitary environment
- Conduct buffing and floor care to maintain cleanliness and appearance
- Handle commercial cleaning duties including trash removal and disinfecting surfaces
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and office spaces
- Support facilities maintenance by addressing minor repairs and reporting issues
- Follow proper procedures to clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces
- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently and safely

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces using appropriate tools and chemicals
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in porter or janitorial roles is a plus
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
