**Position Overview**:As an Order Fulfillment Lead-Batch/Pick & Pack at Geneva Warehousing & Distribution LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. You'll be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and collaborating with various teams to guarantee a seamless order fulfillment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating orders for fulfillment associates
- Communicating order issues with customers
- Ensuring orders are fulfilled by deadlines
- Assisting and training fulfillment associates
- Correcting misplaced inventory
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory management activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
