**About Us**
Invision Development is a Lake Mary, FL based commercial real estate development and construction company with a focus on healthcare related projects including medical, dental and veterinary. We perform both new construction as well as tenant buildouts throughout central Florida.
**Job functions**
- Responsible for all construction activities of the project
- Develop and maintain construction schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Must be proactive, drive the schedule and make sure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors' activities in accordance with project schedule and plans and specifications.
- Conduct preconstruction meetings with client representatives and or subcontractors
- Ensure project is completed with the highest quality
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Ensure subcontractors' follow all safety requirements
- Create and submit daily reports and two week look ahead schedules
- Facilitate requests for information, submittals, and change order review and approval.
- Schedule inspections and ensure subcontractors have scheduled their inspections
- Participate in weekly client meetings as necessary
- Perform punch-list at end of project and ensure items are completed
- Assist with pre-construction activities including creating bid packages, obtaining bids, bid leveling and buyout.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Proven supervisory experience with commercial construction
- Strong preference for experience with medical office construction.
- Experience with small ground up construction as well as tenant improvements is required.
- Ability to work with, motivate and lead multiple sub-contractors in an efficient manner
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, programs, safety programs, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively with clients and subcontractors.
- Working knowledge of means and methods used in commercial construction
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability to occasionally transport items.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
