Construction Project Manager

Project Manager will successfully plan, coordinate and safely execute the work in accordance to the scope of work, schedule, and budget. This individual will work closely with the Principals of the company and fulfill an integral role on the success of the project.
**Responsibilities**:
The following is a list of the major responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Accessing potential Projects to renovate prior to Purchase
- Manage multiple projects at one time
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project
- Preparation of the project schedule and Budgets
- Obtaining multiple bids and evaluating subcontractors
- Manages and updated project budget
- Coordinating subcontractors, preparing local permits, scheduling, and budgeting
- Expedite and Review Architectural drawings
- Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed
- Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
- Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site.
- Expedite and Negotiate all CO (change orders).
- Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expense
- Monitor site safety and cleanliness
- Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
- Maintain documents, change orders, and invoices in company database
- Issue Daily/Weekly progress and concerns to management
**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes, and abilities
- Minimum 5 Years or equivalent experience as a Project Manager on complex Resident development and construction Projects.
- Good communications Skills - Written and verbal
- Computer Skills
- Spanish Speaking (Preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license and trans
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
