Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join the Wisp & Wild team. Wisp & Wild is an Events Collective in which we offer full-service floral design, in-home private dining experiences, and private estate weddings.

**Responsibilities**:
Dining Events
- Populate lead tracking database
- Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients
- Manage private dining bookings (Ensure chef availability, ensure menu needs and dietary restrictions are addressed, put together contract leveraging past templates, introduce chef to client, ensure chef is responsive to client‘s inquiries, ensure payment collection)
- Put together mood boards for Garden Party events based on client’s preferences
- Establish a proposed inventory list for Garden Parties to be shared with Wisp & Wild Owner and Lead Designer
- Pre event check-in to ensure coordination and timeline with key vendors
- Main point of contact for client from booking through execution
- Preparation and execution of Garden Parties on-site (Represent brand, manage event flow, ensure client is happy and dinner service is kicking off in accordance with timeline, set up of rentals and tablescape design, break down to ensure event rentals are packed and ready to be picked up by another Wisp & Wild team member)

Private Estate Wedding Events
- Populate lead tracking database
- Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients
- Schedule and conduct site visits at our properties
- Manage bookings (vendor coordination, vendor management, put together contract leveraging past templates, secure our exclusive vendors, make introductions to our preferred vendors, ensure payment collection)
- Main point of contact for client, exclusive and preferred vendors from booking through execution (i.e. private estate wedding venue manager)
- Be on-site for event setup, event, and breakdown
- Day of coordination for private estate wedding

Social Media Management
- Collaborate with Wisp & Wild owners to come up with social media marketing strategy
- Manage social media campaigns and develop daily / weekly posts and reels based on content provided by Wisp & Wild owner and lead designer
- Gather photo and video content for social media during on-site events
- Respond and comment to internal and external posts
- Monitor social media engagement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of advertising sales and performance marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
