**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that financial targets are met in line with the operational plan.
- Establish and maintain a high-quality standard in the PAX operation; ensure that workflows are constantly improved to cope with requirements.
- Ensure that all passenger services agents are closely supervised.
- Maintain close and effective business relationships with customer airline’s management.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the various authorities such as Airport Management, Customs, Immigration, etc.
- Identify root causes of problems and institute corrective actions.
- Generate detailed reports and summaries of operations.
- Ensure effective planning methods and procedures are in place and that there are adequate resources, both manpower and equipment, to meet operational requirements.
- Oversee and manage employee performance as well as implement required training

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years industry experience
- 2 years managerial / supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to deal with conflict.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Technical knowledge of equipment and systems
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer focus and quality awareness
- Must be able to work in inclement weather

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
