**What You’ll Do**:
Your future starts here An Assembler at Royal is someone who enjoys working with their hands In this role, you'll put together components or parts, creating a finished product Based out of our Quincy facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Produces finished components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies
- Reading and comprehending work instructions
- Uses hand tools and machines to assemble
- Completes Quality control checks
- Labeling boxes
- Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements
- **Skills & Requirements**
- Ability to make rate (self paced)
- Completion of required production paperwork
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Effective communication (reporting on issues and shortages)
- Attention to detail
- **Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks
- Minimal bending and stooping
- Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task (dexterity)
- Hand-eye coordination
- All employees must wear approved safety glasses
- **Starting Wage: $18.15/hour + quarterly bonuses**

**What You’ll Bring**:
**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
- Willing and able to work overtime
- Able to lift 35 lbs
