We are seeking a skilled Lighting, Lightbar and Kitting Assembler to join our team at SoundOff Signal. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing lighting and kitting components to meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate hand tools and automatic equipment to assemble and test lighting and kitting components
- Demonstrate a high level of quality and attention to detail in your work
- Work effectively in a team environment and follow direction from Line/Team Lead
- Accurately use a computer for basic reporting and meet quality and efficiency standards
- Read and follow SoundOff Signal Work Instructions and perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic manufacturing skills preferred
- Ability to read, understand and write the English language with accuracy
- Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs
