**Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy and Development**:

- Develop a strong understanding of our and our clients' brands, aesthetics, and target demographics to create unique and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop content that aligns with marketing campaigns and audience engagement goals.

**Content Management**:

- Establish and manage content calendars, ensuring timely publishing of content.
- Coordinate with content creators, freelancers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
- Maintain adherence to quality and branding guidelines in all content produced.

**Community Engagement**:

- Cultivate relationships with audiences on all social channels, managing community engagement and responding to feedback.
- Execute strategies to increase engagement and grow the online community across platforms such as IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Measure and report on content performance, using analytics to assess and improve strategies.
- Conduct quarterly content audits to optimize strategies for enhanced audience relevance and engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and adjust content strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Marketing Campaigns**:

- Participate in developing and executing major marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the mission and goals of both our agency and clients.
- Manage influencer strategies and ambassador programs, including outreach, gifting, and performance reporting.
- Partner with retail marketing teams to drive sales and engagement in wholesale accounts.

**Who You Are**:
**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with a focus on content creation and management.
- Proven track record of managing content calendars and delivering consistent, high-quality content.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both visual and verbal. Ability to articulate ideas and convey the brand voice effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance and derive actionable insights.

**Attributes**:

- Highly motivated and proactive, with a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
**Event Support**:

- Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including the planning and execution of events to foster brand loyalty and audience connection.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $51,381.14 - $61,878.37 per year
